Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between D/R Éditions and any customer placing an order via dr-editions.fr.
Article 2 — Products
D/R Éditions chairs are handcrafted to order. Each piece is unique. Minor variations in shade and material are inherent to the artisanal process.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros including tax. D/R Éditions reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at confirmation.
Article 4 — Orders
Every order is final upon full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Article 5 — Manufacturing lead times
Chairs are manufactured within 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and not guaranteed.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery is free worldwide. Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
Under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications.
Article 8 — Warranty
Products benefit from the legal conformity warranty (2 years) and the hidden defects warranty.
